How to publish Committee Agenda, papers and Minutes on Sussex Direct
The Agenda, papers and Minutes of Committees should be published on Sussex Direct so that they are available to all staff and students.
Any individual with authorised access to Sussex Direct may access Committee Agenda, papers and Minutes. This access is available on or off campus.
Authority to publish is controlled by the Governance Office. The criteria used is as follows:
1. The Committee is a formal Committee of the University.
2. The Committee has been set up on Sussex Direct and members appointed in accordance with the approved composition.
3. The Secretary of each Committee is responsible for ensuring that relevant information is published. The named Secretary is therefore automatically enabled to publish information. If it is desired that an individual other than the named Secretary be enabled to publish information please contact the Governance Office.
