Virtual reception: Module Change Request Form

Please use this form to request a module change. This form is only for students of the School of Life Sciences. Please note that submitting this form does not count as confirmation of the change, once submitted, your request will be considered and you will be informed by email of the outcome.

Please note we are no longer accepting module change requests for Autumn semester. The deadline for all Spring module change requests is Friday 9 February 2024, 5pm.
