eduroam

The main network at Sussex is called eduroam, which is available across the whole campus. If you have a phone, tablet and laptop, you will need to set up eduroam separately on each device.

We recommend that you set up eduroam on your devices before you arrive.

On this page you can find connection instructions for every type of device. There are video guides below, or you can find written instructions to download the eduroam profile at www.sussex.ac.uk/eduroam

The other network at Sussex is called Wifinity which is only available within residences. Wifinity is primarily for connecting your games consoles and smart devices.

Once registered, all students have free access to the Wifinity basic package with the option of upgrading their account for a fee. For more information on how to connect your device to Wifinity, visit the Wifinity instructions page.

You can find troubleshooting information and learn about the visitor Wi-Fi service (O2).
