Training and Support

For information on accessing and using the Artemis HPC system please see the dedicated Artemis support webpages (you’ll need to be using a campus computer or connected to the Sussex VPN to access these).

We occasionally run introduction and training workshops. These will be advertised as they are announced.
Slides and exercises from previous workshops can be found on this Workshops page. These range from how to log in to how to compose and submit jobs to Artemis.

Whilst not directly related to Artemis the Archer2 system often has useful training courses open to all.

The Software Carpentry project has various courses relating to using Unix systems, Python, Git, and programming with R available.

For support with desktops, laptops, Wi-Fi access, VPN, software, and email please submit a support incident using the ITS Support Portal so the correct team can assist you.
