Reiki is a Japanese form of healing energy developed by Mikao Usui in 1922. The word 'Rei' means Spiritual Wisdom, and 'Ki', also known as 'Chi', means Life Force Energy. It is administered by the laying of hands on or just the body and is completely holistic and non-invasive.
What staff will learn:
13:30 - Arrival, welcome and introduction to Reiki, and what to expect in the session.
13:35 - Grounding and guided meditation
13:45 - Reiki for each person (2 minutes per person for 8 people)
14:05 - Grounding
14:10 - Feedback and Close
