Research into effective teams identifies psychologically safety as the number one key contributing factor. Teams with high psychological safety and trust are high performing and provide an environment for people to thrive. Characterised by inclusivity, interpersonal trust and mutual respect, people feel comfortable being themselves and contribute ideas, share success, ask for help, admit mistakes and express their views.
