Supporting your personal development with Achievement and Development Reviews

The Achievement and Development Review (ADR) cycle has begun, running from 1 May until 30 September for all colleagues.
ADRs support you to:
- Reflect on the past year and discuss learning points to inform the coming year
- Discuss and agree your objectives and understand the measure of success against your objectives
- Consider your personal development to support delivery of your objectives
- Discuss your longer terms personal and career development.
Over recent ADR cycles improvements have been made in response to feedback, including providing Word and PDF versions of the forms as well as consolidating ADR guidance into one document, with advice on writing SMART objectives.
