Appraisals

Appraisals are due to be completed by 30 September for Professional Services staff and 20 October for academic staff. To support staff, Organisational Development have three workshops scheduled in September that you can now book through Eventbrite:

• Appraisal Workshop for Professional Services Managers: 10.00 am | 15 September
• Appraisal Workshop for Professional Services Managers: 11.00 am | 22 September
• Appraisals for Academic Appraisers: 10.00 am | 29 September

Managers’ Lunch and Learn

Do you want to opportunity to meet with other managers to talk about topical issues? Do you want to have access to subject matter experts who would be able to answer your queries on a range of topics? If so, then come and join the lunch and learn sessions where we explore topics such as recruitment, performance management, absence management, managing a grievance and Dignity and Respect. Menopause Café

Following the success of our first online menopause café in June, we will be holding another café on Tuesday 14 September at 12.00 – 13.00. A menopause café is a safe and confidential place to talk. It’s open to everyone to attend. Come along and join colleagues for an informal chat over a cup of tea, share stories and discuss all things menopause.
