OneToOne Coaching

One-to-one coaching is fast become one of the most widely used developmental tools in a whole range of organisations - and Sussex is no exception.

A good coach won't tell you what to do about the challenges you face at work - he or she will help you work out your own solutions and support you while you implement them.

Over the past few years, SDU has arranged for coaching sessions to

  • help managers think through how to lead their teams through change
  • support staff who have moved into a new role
  • guide staff who are facing difficult or challenging situations at work
  • address performance issues
