How can I access appraisal training?
The Staff Development Unit runs regular training sessions for both appraisers and appraisees - for session dates go to Staff Development Unit courses. All new staff are required to attend an appropriate appraisal training session within their first year of employment. Bespoke appraisal training or refresher sessions can be arranged too - email appraisal@sussex.ac.uk to set this in motion.
