Biography
I have a background in psychology (BSc) and social research methods (MSc) with a focus on quantitative and mixed methods. Before joining the University of Sussex, I worked in different roles in Higher Education (e.g., data analyst, research & evaluation) where I have focused on using data and evidence to inform institutional decision-making.
Role
I lead the development and implementation of quantitative institutional research and evaluation plans, working alongside other research managers in the Research & Evaluation Team as well as several delivery teams across the University to understand the impact of a range of interventions included in the University's Access and Participation Plan.
