Biography
As an undergraduate, I studied Archaeology and Anthropology at Oxford. Later, I took an MA in The Anthropology of Development and Social Transformation and an MSc in Cross-Cultural Research Methods; both at the University of Sussex. My doctoral research was funded by the ESRC.

Activities
Consultant Researcher, Institute of Development Studies I am currently working on a DfID funded research project entitled, ‘Influencing Policies to Support Women and Girls’. I am carrying out a case study in Sierra Leone, exploring the ways in which male activists have been able to mobilize against gender-based violence. I am also part of an interdisciplinary research consortium, based at the Institute of Development Studies, which will be advising on the major lessons for development following the Ebola crisis in West Africa. |
