IT Services over Christmas

The ITS service desk and Shawcross cluster rooms will be closed from 17:00 on 21 December to 08:30 on the 2 January 2018. Should you require cluster facilities, the York House computer room will be open throughout the winter vacation.

During the holiday closure period networking and central computing facilities such as email, web sites, Sussex Direct and Study direct are expected to be available as normal

During that period University Security will be able to contact ITS management in the event of a major incident affecting campus information technology services.
