How to...

Installing ArcGIS on your PC

This is a step by step guide to install the Geographic Information System, ArcGIS 10 which you can download or obtain on a DVD from IT Services. If you are based on the campus, you may prefer to pick up the DVD in person because it can take a long time to download the installation files. However, if you don't mind the wait, you can download ArcGIS 10 from ESRI.

If you collect a DVD in person, the authorisation code is printed on the inside of the cover. To get an authorisation code for the download version, please email IT Services.
