How can I (a mailing list owner) allow a list member to email a moderated mailing list without them needing authorisation?

It's simply a case of cancelling the moderation option for that person in that mailing list, like this:

1. Open the list's admin page and login with your list administrator's password.
2. Click on the Membership Management section.
3. Find the person's address in the membership list.
4. Click to remove the tick from the mod box alongside that person's address.
5. Scroll to the bottom and click the Submit Your Changes button.
6. Click on the Logout link near the top of the page.
