2194A student has moved from another teaching group to the one I am teaching. However, they are not appearing in the register. How can I get them to appear?
When students move from one teaching group to another, their records need to be changed on the system. Your Head of Schools Co-ordinator will have the ability to move students from group to group and this will then reflect in the attendance registers, assessment registers and tutorial reports that you need to complete. You should notify your Head of Schools Co-ordinator who will be able to do this.
In terms of the attendance registers, if a student has been moved from another group, you will not need to record retrospective attendance for them.
