I have created a new version of a module, but forgot to change the credits/term before creating a new occurrence. How can I change the credits/term for the module?

When you create a new version of a module the credits and term field will remain editable until you create an occurrence of the module  [clicking the Occurrences button under the details tab].  Once you've done this the credits and term fields will grey out and you won't be able to make any changes.

To get round this, you need to delete the occurrence(s) for the module.  You need to be careful about this if there are students attached, however if the module is new and you haven't added any students you should be able to delete the occurrence.  Once you have done this go out of the form and re-query the module in the Module Maintenance screen.  You will need to re-query before the credits/term fields are editable again, otherwise they will still appear to be greyed out.

 You should then be able to change the credits and/or terms as required.
