What is the difference between "save without submitting" and "submit all and finish"?

The Save without submitting button lets you store answers you have entered in the quiz so far. You can log out of study direct and continue taking the quiz at a later time. You are able to change your previous answers if necessary.

When you have finished working on a quiz, press the Submit all and finish button. This sends your answers for marking.

Save without submitting - saves your current answers, but does not submit to your tutor.

Submit all and finish - submits this attempt to your tutor

If you forget to submit your quiz for marking, you will not be recorded as having completed the quiz and could be penalized. You will not be able to submit a quiz after the quiz has closed, even if you saved all the answers.

Study Direct sends out an email receipt whenever you submit a quiz. You should keep this email as proof that you completed the quiz. If you are not receiving email receipts, check that your email address has been activated on Study Direct.
