Annual second year undergraduate survey
IT Services invited all second year undergraduates to complete an online survey in May 2011 to give us feedback on their continuing experiences of using IT at Sussex and 220 responded. Some of the comments are shown below along with details of the actions we are taking.

IT Services again invited all first year undergraduates to complete an online survey in December 2011 to give us feedback on their first experiences of using IT at Sussex and 537 responded (a 12% takeup).
