Sussex Researcher School Events
Alongside a comprehensive programme of workshops, the Sussex Researcher School (SRS) also organises a number of social events throughout the year, including a reception for new postgraduate researchers, a festive get-together in December, and a barbecue in June as part of the Sussex Doc Fest (when it’s occasionally warm enough to actually sit outside). These occasions bring everybody together from across different disciplines and offer a great opportunity to increase your network.
One of our most popular workshops is Becoming an Effective Researcher. This event helps you develop the skills you need to succeed with your postgraduate studies and also brings you together with other new researchers.
