Departmental Events
In addition to the opportunities offered by the Sussex Researcher School (SRS) and the Students’ Union, your School will also organise a programme of events. They are mostly promoted by email and sometimes at short notice, so please make sure you check your inbox frequently.
Most seminars (as opposed to purely social events) are open to all researchers, so do take a look to see what’s happening beyond your School. Unfortunately, there’s no consolidated listing, so keep an eye out for posters, follow other Schools on Twitter and ask around. Some events are added to the University’s Broadcast system and can be viewed online.
Interdisciplinary Centres
There are a number of interdisciplinary centres at Sussex, bringing together Schools with common research interests.
