About Student Mentors
In the Department of Engineering and Design, our mentoring scheme offers comprehensive support for various academic and student life challenges. Our dedicated mentors are here to assist you with both significant and minor issues, providing valuable guidance tailored to the engineering discipline. These mentors, who are fellow students pursuing undergraduate and postgraduate degrees, have navigated the challenges of studying and are eager to share their expertise. They understand the unique concerns of engineering students and are equipped to help you develop essential skills. By connecting with current engineering students who have first-hand experience, you can gain insights, strategies, and support to overcome obstacles and excel in your academic journey.
Our Student Mentors offer support in various areas, including:
