I have just moved computers (and locations) and am unable to log into Oracle Web Forms (aka CMS/"yellow screens"). I get the yellow screen and then nothing else happens.

You can no longer use Google Chrome to access Oracle Web Forms and using Mozilla Firefox can be problematic, so you are advised to use Internet Explorer:
