I added money using my debit/credit card but this is not showing on my Printing Account Balance?

In these circumstances please come to IT Service Desk.

Please make sure you bring with you a statement showing that the money from the transaction has left your bank account.

Please could you also bring a copy or proof of the email message sent as a receipt to you by Student Accounts.
