The Internet is being used to bully me. What should I do?

The University of Sussex is fully committed to the principles of equal opportunities in the workplace and regards personal harassment as a discriminatory and unacceptable form of behaviour.

This includes cyberbullying such as a group being set up on a social networking website in order to target an individual or group with bullying and hate. Such behaviour also potentially conflicts with the University’s Regulations for the Use of Computers and Computer Networks.

Students who are being cyberbullied should follow the guidelines and procedures suggested on the Student Health and Wellbeing: Prejudice/harassment/bullying web page.
