Equality and Human Rights Commission - The EHRC provided detailed interpretation of the Equality Act and how to arrange workplace adjustments

Business Disability Forum  - the University is a member of the Business Disability Forum (BDF), a not-for-profit organisation that makes it easier and more rewarding to do business with and employ disabled people. The BDF provides advice to managers. Your HR Associate can contact the BDF on your behalf. It is open to line managers to register for an account to gain direct access to the BDF's resources which provide advice on workplace adjustments in general and for specific impairments. They also provide a telephone advice service to discuss specific issues.

Access to WorkAccess to Work is a publicly funded employment support programme that aims to help more disabled people start or stay in work. It can provide practical and financial support if you have a disability or long term physical or mental health condition. Access to Work can help pay for support you may need because of your disability or long term health condition.
