Tuesday 24 November 10:00 until 12:00
University of Sussex Campus : Terrace Room, Bramber House, Conference Centre
A 2-hour, in-person workshop open to all-staff.
This interactive workshop will equip staff with a practical, effective approach to navigating change, challenges and uncertainty.
During the session, participants will be introduced to a simple thinking process — de Bono's Six Thinking Hats — that offers multiple perspectives on a specific issue, leading to greater clarity and more informed decision-making.
By the end of the workshop, participants will be able to:
- Clearly define a challenge or decision they are currently facing
- Use a practical thinking process to approach situations with greater clarity and confidence
- Feel more confident and equipped to tackle future challenges or decisions, knowing they have a reliable method to draw on
