Learn practical techniques for effective notetaking and explore how to use Zotero’s PDF reader to annotate sources and link your notes directly to specific references, making it easy to cite seamlessly in your assignments.

By the end of this session, you will be able to:

Recognise importance of effective reading and note-taking strategies.
Use Zotero’s PDF reader to highlight, annotate, and add comments.
Integrate notes and annotations into a Word document using Zotero’s citation tools.

Please note: This is an intermediate session for those already using Zotero to manage their references.
If you have not used Zotero before: make sure to attend one of our 'Introducing Zotero' workshops before attending this session.
