As part of National Apprenticeship Week 2026, celebrating 'Skills For Life', we’re pleased to share a set of free online learning sessions available to all staff who are interested in developing new skills. These free sessions focus on AI, leadership, professional development, and learning mindset — all highly relevant to the future skills agenda and everyday working life.

This interactive workshop provides a clear, practical introduction to AI — exploring what’s real, what’s hype, and how AI can be used responsibly in professional environments.

- How to use AI safely and ethically
- How AI models are built (no technical background required)
- How AI is used in real systems
- Hands-on experience building a simple AI model
No prior experience is needed, and a completion certificate is provided for those attending the full session.
