Yellow Forms and Oracle Central Database work complete

IT Services are pleased to report the scheduled maintenance of the Production Yellow Forms and Central Database has been completed successfully. Our teams will continue to monitor systems over the coming days.

Following the upgrade, the system is now only accessible via this location: https://owf.admin.susx.ac.uk. It is recommended that you update any browser bookmarks or links to the system.

Please note, you may need to reboot your university device to use the new Production Yellow Forms, and add an Internet Explorer exception to the supported browser Microsoft Edge. For more information, please follow these instructions.
