Planned downtime for IT systems – Sussex Direct and SussexMobile app (Friday 12 – Sunday 14 December)

Sussex Direct and timetable records in the SussexMobile app will be temporarily unavailable from 4pm Friday 12 December until midday on Sunday 14 December.
The downtime over the weekend will allow us to upgrade one of our central databases.
What do I need to know?
You won’t be able to access your timetables during this period.
If you will need any information from Sussex Direct or SussexMobile, please consider taking a screenshot or making a note before 4pm on Friday 12 December.
All other systems will work as normal during this time.
