If you worry about your children having too much screen time, but you're not sure where to draw the lines or how to draw them, then you’re absolutely not alone. Screens and devices are now one of the most common causes of worry and upsets in families.
If you’d like to make some changes to your family’s digital habits and get some practical tips and strategies on how to manage your family’s screen time and minimise screen related upsets, then this session is for you.
In this one hour session, Screen Time Specialist and Parent Coach - Katie Bradbury will help you to lose the guilt and explore how you can shape an approach for screens and devices that works for your unique family.
We will:
Explore some common screen related issues and worries for families
Reflect on what better screen time habits might look like for your family
Identify strategies and approaches for managing family screen time and reducing screen related upsets
Recognise how to respond to pressure from peers and other parents or adults
Create our own mini action plan
