Adecco training available for Hiring Managers

The launch of our new temporary and casual staffing partnership with Adecco on Monday 1 September is imminent, and we would like to share a brief update on activity as we transition to go live.
Adecco will replace Reed as our MSP (Managed Service Provider). This change of partner comes with new technology platforms that will support recruitment processes for casual staffing and general temporary hires.
All managers who recruit or manage contingent workers will need to adopt the new technology. VectorVMS is the vendor management system. It will be used for raising requests and producing payment to workers. Planbition the scheduling and planning tool that will be used for the management of casual staffing assignments.
No other systems will be required for the requisition to pay process. All recruitment for temporary and casual workforce will be managed through Adecco systems.
To support this change, Adecco is offering both in-person and online drop-in sessions for Hiring Managers. These sessions provide an opportunity to ask questions and receive support related to the new MSP transition and recruitment processes. They are available immediately and will continue beyond the go-live date.
In addition, Adecco-hosted training sessions will take place on 26 and 27 September, with invitations already having been issued to Hiring Managers and Requisition Approvers. These sessions are designed to build confidence in using the new systems and processes.
Training will cover:
- How to raise a temporary staffing request
- Navigating the new MSP platform
- What to expect from the Adecco team
- Live demonstrations and Q&A
We encourage all invitees to attend one of these sessions to ensure a smooth transition. Ongoing support materials, including guides and instructional videos, will be shared following the sessions and available once the new partnership launches. One-to-one support from the Adecco team, both on campus and virtually, is also available upon request.
We will continue to share updates to keep you informed and supported throughout the transition. Our focus is on managing the handover effectively and minimising any disruption to ongoing work.
