We continue preparations for the launch of our new temporary and casual staffing partnership with Adecco this September and would like to share a brief update on the project.

What changes are happening?

As of 1 September 2025, Adecco will replace Reed as our MSP (Managed Service Provider). With this change of partner comes new technology platforms that will support recruitment processes for casual staffing and general temporary hires.

What technology will be used?

Two technologies will be used as part of one overall solution. VectorVMS is a vendor management system, similar to the currently used XMS platform. It will be used for raising requests and producing payment to workers. Planbition is a scheduling and planning tool that will be used for the management of casual staffing assignments.

Who will need to use the technology?

All managers who recruit or manage contingent workers will need to adopt the new technology. All recruitment for temporary and casual workforce will be managed through Adecco systems. No other systems will be required. 

Hiring Managers

Hiring managers will have real-time access within the system to view pay and charge rates for workers assigned to them. Additionally, bespoke reports tailored to meet your needs can be created and departmental-level insights accessible through Power BI dashboards.

Upcoming Training Sessions

To ensure you feel confident using the new systems and processes, Adecco will be hosting a series of training sessions for all hiring managers and invitations will be issued shortly.

These sessions will cover:

• How to raise a temporary staffing request
• Navigating the new MSP platform
• What to expect from the Adecco team
• Q&A and live demonstrations

We strongly encourage all hiring managers to attend one of these sessions to ensure a smooth transition.

Additionally, Hiring Manager drop-in sessions, in person and online are already available.
