Are you a current or aspiring manager or leader at Sussex? Join us for the next session in the Leader and Manager Essentials series: Giving and Receiving Feedback Effectively.

This interactive workshop is open to all Academic and Professional Services staff with management or leadership responsibilities, including those stepping into these roles for the first time.

Feedback is essential to a high-performing, motivated and self-aware workforce. Whether it’s recognising strengths or identifying areas for development, knowing how to give and receive feedback constructively is key to individual growth and team success.
