New online learning pathway to support staff to thrive and shape ongoing development

A new LinkedIn Learning pathway, Thriving at Work, has been created to help you get the most out of your time at Sussex and support ongoing learning and career development.
Whilst you will have key tasks and responsibilities as part of your job, there should still be opportunities to shape your role in a way that serves your preferences and development needs.
