Leader & Manager Essentials – LinkedIn Learning Pathways

In the future there will be a significantly reduced delivery of the face-to-face Leader & Manager Essentials Programme. To support the development of current and aspiring leaders at Sussex, we have curated a series of LinkedIn Learning Pathways that align to the Leader & Manager Essentials programme and to the Sussex Leader & Manager Competency Framework.
The pathways have been designed to ensure that managers and leaders have ‘in the moment’ access to materials and resources across these topics as and when you need them:
