Some Finance staff currently based in Sussex House are temporarily moving to Mantell, from Friday (14 December).

The following teams are all moving:

• Finance Directorate
• Accounting Services
• Management Reporting
• Processing and Systems.

 All staff will keep their existing telephone numbers.

The Agresso help line (for enquiries about the new finance system) will aim to offer maximum cover on the moving days, Friday 14 and Monday 17 December, but may be unavailable for some of the time on both days. E rt-finance-agresso@sussex.ac.uk or leave a voicemail on ext 7172 and the team will get back to you as soon as they can.

Staff can continue to send supplier invoices and any expense claims to Sussex House; Estates and Facilities Management will then redirect mail to Mantell.

The Fees and Income team - comprising Student Accounts, Cashiers and Credit Control - remain in their recently refurbished location in Sussex House.

This is the second phase of the strategy to co-locate all Finance staff in Sussex House. The teams that are temporarily in Mantell will return on Thursday 14 February 2013 once their office space in Sussex House has been refurbished.

Accounting Services

Insurance: Continue to address all Insurance correspondence to Christina Dale, Insurance Officer, Sussex House. However, if you wish to hand deliver anything, take it to Mantell 3B12

Management Reporting

If you wish to visit the PSG/ITS/Estates/Library management accountant, remember to go to Mantell 3B13.

Fees and Income

The Student Accounts, Cashiers and Credit Control teams - who all form part of Fees and Income - will remain in their recently refurbished location in Sussex House.
