If you are graduating this Autum, access to your IT account will end on the last day of your course, which might be earlier than you were expecting.You can find your course end date on your student ID card.  

On this date you will lose access to most services and onlyretain access to email (online only), Sussex Direct, and Canvas for a total of 14 months.  

What do you need to do? 

If you wish to keep any of your documentssaved in Onedrive or Google drive, you must download them before your course end date.Your copy should be saved toa personal non-university storage location e.g. apersonal OneDrive or a USB stick.  

Student email 

You will have access to your email account (online only) for 14 months after the last day of your course. We recommend saving any important emails and transferring any subscriptions to a personal email account.
