The University of Sussex Business School has been ranked 14th among 45 UK universities included in the Economics and Business subject ranking in the 2025/26 US News & World Report Best Global Universities Rankings. The ranking reflects the School’s performance in research and its reputation among academics.

The rankings, which evaluated over 2,250 institutions worldwide and 93 across the UK, are based on a comprehensive set of metrics. These include research performance, academic reputation, and ratings from scholars across Europe and beyond.

Within the UK, the University of Sussex secured the 25th position overall, underscoring its strong national standing.
