Researcher Development Concordat Steering Group

The Researcher Development Concordat Steering Group oversees the delivery of provision for research staff, including their career development, within the context of delivery to the University’s Strategic Plan.

The Researcher Development Concordat Steering Group uses the University's Strategic Plan and the principles of the UK Concordat to Support the Career Development of Researchers as a framework to inform developments to University policy and practice to enhance the experiences and support for Sussex researchers.

The Researcher Development Concordat Steering Group reports to both the University’s Research and Knowledge Exchange and People Culture and Inclusion Committee.
