Work complete: Finance System (Agresso) - updated

UPDATE: 19 Mar 2018 - 12:06pm

The Finance System upgrade was completed last week. Please use your existing user name and password to log into the system and then clear the cache memory following the instructions on the log in page.

The first time you use the finance system the website may take longer to load, please be patient and contact us if you are having any significant delays or issues.

Please remember to catch up on your finance system activities:

• Receipt any goods/services delivered during the downtime.
• If you have cancelled an order please reflect it on the system
• Action tasks (Expense, Requisition, invoice tasks) The changes bring increased responsibility and accountability for budget holders so you may receive tasks for the first time. Please refer to the “Authorising Expenditure” E Learning module for guidance.
• Code/Approve purchase card transactions before 30 March (they will be loaded shortly)
