We are aware that some tutors are experiencing issues with Turnitin freezing when marking. The suppliers of Turnitin are actively investigating and we will keep you updated. In the meantime, if you right click on the page and select refresh, this should help you continue.

TurnItIn have acknowledged this problem and are continuing to work towards resolving the issue. If you are affected by the TurnItIn freezing whilst marking you can refresh the page you are working on by right clicking then selecting refresh, this should allow you to continue marking.
IT Services are in close contact with TurnItIn, and will provide further updates as soon as possible.

We are working with Turnitin to assist them in finding a solution. Unfortunately the original advice from Turnitin to refresh page has not been successful. Turnitin will advise of any subsequent workarounds.
We will provide further updates as they become available.

We have been continuing to work very closely with TurnItIn, assisting them with identifying a solution to the problems currently being experienced by Tutors. The latest update from them is that they are continuing to investigate the cause of this as a priority, but are unable to give an estimate on when these issues will be resolved.
As soon as we are provided with further information we will update further.
We have been advised by our suppliers that the recent issues with TurnItIn have been resolved.
