Study Direct Weekend Support

Following the issues with Study Direct there will be additional support available from IT Services over the weekend.

The IT Service Centre in Shawcross will be open between 10:00 and 16:00 on both Saturday and Sunday to offer support for students who may be having difficulty in making submissions over the weekend.

There is also IT Services Support in the library between 12:00 and 17:00 over the weekend as per the normal arrangements.
