Study Direct and e-submissions are now working normally.  We’re continuing to monitor the service and investigate outstanding submission errors. 

We will be in contact with any student who needs to take action with any of their existing submissions in the coming days.  If you have submitted work and you’re experiencing problems or getting error messages, including error messages about corrupted files, please contact the IT Service Desk and provide as much information about the problem as possible.
