Some students have reported that they are having trouble accessing Study Direct.
We are investigating whether anything is affecting the performance of the service and will provide further news as it becomes available. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause to students submitting work.
If you have any concerns about your deadlines, please speak to your school office.

If you're trying to submit work to Study Direct, we suggest that you stop trying to access the system entirely and try again shortly.
If you have a 16:00 deadline, we suggest you try again at 16:45
If you have a 17:00 deadline, we suggest you do not try to submit your work until 17:30
If you are currently logged in to Study Direct and not submitting work, we request that you log out.
If you are submitting work today and struggling to access Study Direct, please avoid trying to access the site repeatedly as this puts additional load on the system.
If you are unable to access Study Direct, please leave the site and try again after 15 minutes.
If you are concerned about late submission penalties, please speak to your school office.
