Resolved: Scanning is not currently available on staff Multi Function Devices

IT Services have been made aware that staff MFDs are currently unable to scan. If you try to scan a document, the device will begin the scanning process but will not complete.
We have raised the issue with our supplier and we’ll provide additional information when they have provided a solution.
UPDATE: 30 Nov 2017 - 5:00pm
Scanning from staff MFDs is now available again and the underlying issue has been resolved.
If you have scanned a document and not received it, please scan it again now.
