IT Services have been made aware that there are problems accessing files and logging in to some computers on campus.
We are currently investigating the issue and will post updates when more information becomes available. We're sorry for the inconvenience this is causing and will restore normal service as soon as possible.

Our staff are continuing to investigate the issue that's preventing students and staff from logging in and accessing their files. We will post news every 30 minutes until this issue has been resolved.

Efforts to investigate and resolve the issue affecting logins and file access are ongoing. We will post further news in 30 minutes, or as soon as we have more information.

Students and staff are continuing to report that they are unable to log in or access their files. IT Services are working to resolve the issue and we will restore full service as soon as possible. We will share more news in 30 minutes, or as more information becomes available.

The underlying issue that has been affecting logins and file access has now been resolved. Users should now be able to log in to computers on campus, and access files remotely.
We recommend that if you have begun to log in and your computer is still waiting, log out or reboot your computer and try logging in again.
