Phishing email reported: "Your mailbox has exceeded its storage limit"

We have had reports of a phishing email with the subject line: Your mailbox has exceeded its storage limit
Like other phishing emails, it contains a link to a fraudulent website designed to gather your login details. The message appears to come from a Sussex email address.
