BoB maintenance this Friday

At the end of this week, BoB (Box of Broadcasts) will be working to resolve a bug that has caused playback problems for some users. This should greatly improve load times for these users, including those who use Internet Explorer, Edge and Chrome. The fix will require some downtime for the BoB service on Friday 23 but is scheduled to take place between 07:00 and 09:00 to keep any inconvenience to an absolute minimum.

In doing this, however, please note that BoB will have to restrict ongoing support for Internet Explorer to the most current version, IE 11, as Microsoft ended its support for all previous versions of the browser after 12 January 2016. For anyone still using older versions of the browser, it will be necessary to upgrade to IE 11 or Edge.
